Applus IDIADA owns various dynamometers for motorbike, passenger car, light and heavy commercial vehicle testing. One of the key features of this equipment is the dbDyno.

dbDyno is an IDIADA in-house developed control system which makes it possible to completely manage a brake NVH dynamometer. It integrates all the software needed for managing dyno activities:  testing, analysis and results generation tools. It also allows full-vehicle testing integration: full compatibility with vehicle testing unit (dbBrake) and is fully capable of reproducing pre-recorded vehicle brake applications on dyno. A constantly developed tool, it allows great flexibility in order to suit our customers’ requirements.
