Given the improvement of the overall epidemiological situation in Spain, Applus+ IDIADA’s headquarters is adapting its preventive measures against Covid-19 according to new government regulations.
According to them, from 20th April 2022 on, the wearing of facemasks indoors is no longer required except in specific places (public transport, medical centres, nursing homes and pharmacies). Additionally, official guidance calls for the gradual return to in-person work and to encourage remote working where possible.
Safeguarding clients, employees and visitors’ health and safety is of paramount importance for IDIADA. Therefore, we will continue to monitor the situation ensuring that safe distances and cleaning and disinfection measures are kept, providing appropriate protective equipment according to the level of risk, as well as ensuring the ventilation of spaces.
The use of face masks within IDIADA’s premises both outdoors and indoors is no longer obligatory, except in small, enclosed spaces and when a minimum distance of 1,5m cannot be guaranteed.
Obligatory use of FPP2 masks when conducting mechanical or instrumentation tasks in which the 1,5m distance cannot be kept.
Obligatory use of surgical mask in situations where the 1,5m distance cannot be kept.
The obligatory use of surgical masks in shared test vehicles.
The use of surgical masks is compulsory.
Group tables are re-established indoors with staggered seating, with maximum ventilation at all times. Outside, individual tables will be maintained.
We strongly recommend that those who have mild symptoms or suspect that they may be asymptomatic cases should wear a mask at all times and keep a safe distance to protect other colleagues.
